Helping people find their new home is my passion! I grew up in a home of Realtors, helping out in the family's home office, then obtained my real estate licence in 2005 and have never looked back. I spend most of my time helping repeat and referral clients find the homes that suit their family's needs and would love to add you and your family to my clientele. My years of experience and training set me apart especially in the areas of working with seniors
purchases and sales.
I have spent the past 6 1/2 years working with a Condominium Property Management company to help Boards of Directors efficiently manage their condominium projects. This experience has given me vast knowledge in reviewing and interpreting condominium documents (financial statements, reserve fund studies, bylaws, etc.).
I have also spent the past year working with Shepherds Care Foundation on their new building site at Heritage. The future home of Shepherds Gardens Heritage, a high-rise independant living Condominium. My work their prompted me to learn about the options for retiree's and seniors for continuing care. I obtained my SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation to help with just that - helping people in all stages of life to find the living accomodations best for them.
Over the past 10 years I have helped clients buy and sell their 1st homes and their forever homes. I have helped clients procure and manage properties for investment purposes to suit their personal timelines. I have worked with clients in Edmonton, Leduc, Beaumont, Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Fort Saskatchewan, Wetaskiwin and everywhere in between. I've even travelled to Calgary to assist in a relocation! Being there for all the home changes in my clients lives is what I enjoy most. I am able to consider all of the things most important to my clients as I get to know their families and their lifestyles.
Part of the complete service I offer to all of my clients is assisting in paring them with the finanical broker or institution that is best suited for them; attending home inspections to ensure all the right questions are asked, pairing with home appraisers if comparable market analysis is not suitable (bank requirement or separation), and pairing with a legal proffessional that meets situation requirements.
